Who I am
I’m a 50-year-old working mother of a special needs child. I have very little time for going to the gym. I am not a nutritionist or fitness professional. I’m just a real person who did it - I lost half my size!
My highest weight was 289, and I’m at my goal of 150. I went from a size 26 or 4X to an 8 or small/medium.
So many people have asked me, “How did you do it?” that I created this so that I can share my story.
